At SJ Cuts, we take pride in producing premium, small-batch beef jerky using quality ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every order to arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened beef jerky.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

SJ Cuts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If your order is returned to us, we may be able to reship it once additional shipping costs have been paid.
